Happy New Year

Whit and I had a fantstic New Year. We went to Gunnison to spend time with his family. He has a huge extended family that all live in Gunnison, we all got together on New Years Eve and had a Mexican Fiesta. The food was great and we even got to see Grandma Reynolds play the WII!!!
On New Years Day we went sledding with the entire extended family. There was not a lot of snow but we had a great time. We went up to a place called Beaver Creek, we roasted hot dogs, sledded down the hill and played with the snowmobiles. For Christmas Uncle Derk built an extreme sled for Jans. Grandma Reynolds was brave enough to ride it down the hill. We had a great day!!! We are excited to see what will come this new year!!!!

Christmas 2008

We shared our first Christmas as a married couple. We hiked up on his grandparents property cut down our first tree, hauled it home and decorated it. Christmas is our most favorite time of year and we decked out our house with holiday cheer. We spent part of our break in Gunnison where we attended the annual Jensen family Christmas party. We all made homeade gift and it was a fantastic party. We then came back to Parowan for Christmas Eve. We got new pajamas to wear and had a great time with my family.
Whitney is really good at guessing a present before he opens the package. I am quite the sneaky wife and I bought him a flatscreen TV. I hid it until Christmas morning and then I disquised the package. He had no idea and I loved it.
Whitney bought me a Cricket Expression, now can make really cute cards and things for school.
We had extremely crazy weather the last two weeks as well. We had a blizzard on Christmas Day and it was incredible, It was the first blizzard I have encountered and it was a little scary!!!!

I finally decided that the only way to know what is happening in everyones lives is to start blogging. So here is my first attempt at a blog!!!!

Whit and I have been married now for 6 months, time flies when you are having fun!!! We went on a cruise for our honeymoon and we didn't want to come home. Since then we have been extremely busy.

Whitney works for Southern Utah Physical Therapy as an Aide and we are waiting to hear about where we will be heading for Physical Therapy School.

I am still teaching 4th grade and Coaching the Drill Team at Canyon View. I love both my jobs they are just very time consuming
